Frequently Used Acupoints:Qiangu(SI2)

Qiangu(SI2, the Spring acupoint)
Location
Slightly making a fist, at the anterior end of the distal palmar crease of the 5th metacarpophalangeal joint, at the junction of the red and white skin.
Indications
Pain in the head and neck, eye pain, tinnitus, nasal obstruction, swollen and sore throat, febrile diseases with anhidrosis, epilepsy, and numbness in the fingers.
Method
Puncture perpendicularly 0.2-0.3cun, moxibustion is applicable.
