Hegu(LI4, the Primary acupoint)
Locations
Between the 1st and 2nd metacarpal bones, in the corner of the radial aspect of the 2nd metacarpal bone.
Indications
Headache, epistaxis, toothache, swelling and pain in the throat, deviated mouth and eye, stomachache, febrile diseases with anhidrosis, hyperhidrosis, and diseases in the upper extremities.
Method
Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-0.8cun, moxibustion is applicable
