Shaoshang(LU11, the Well acupoint)
Location
On the radial aspect of the end of the thumb, 0.1cun posterior to the corner of the nail.
Indications
Cough, asthma, throat obstruction, epistaxis, apoplectic coma, insanity and mania, sunstroke, and febrile disease.
Method
Puncture obliquely upward 0.3cun, or prick acupoint to cause bleeding, moxibustion is applicable.
