Location

All lie on the midline over the head, Naohu(GV17) 2.5cun directly above the posterior hairline, Qiangjian(GV18) 4cun directly above the posterior hairline, Houding(GV19) 5.5cun directly above the posterior hairline, Baihui(GV20) 7cun directly above the posterior hairline, Qianding(GV21) 8cun directly above the posterior hairline.

Indications

Headache, dizziness, stiff neck, mania, epilepsy. Baihui(GV20) for prolapse of the rectum, hemorrhoids, apoplexy, and dead syncope as well.

Method

Puncture subcutaneously 0.5-0.8cun, moxibustion is applicable.
