Changqiang(GV1, the Connecting acupoint)
Location
Below the tip of the coccyx, at the midpoint between the tip of the coccyx and anus.
Indications
Hemorrhoids, bloody stool, diarrhea, constipation, dysuria, pruritus vulvae, pain in the coccyx, mania, and epilepsy.
Method
Puncture subcutaneously upward 0.5-1cun along the anterior aspect of the coccyx, moxibustion is applicable.
